Company Lease to Purchase Background

Homes by HAFSO, an “Alberta Master Builder” in Central Alberta, has won several awards in the affordable home category. Our goal is to ensure that we provide quality and character in every home and adult community we build, and make these homes accessible to as many people as possible. In order to do so, we created a successful program called the Lease to Purchase, available throughout our communities in Central Alberta. We are Central Alberta’s largest Lease to Purchase Builder.

This is a well established program that we have been working on together with Community Savings Credit Union for the past five years. Over 50 new home owners have built their homes with us through this program.
