Homes by HAFSO offers the most opportunities for sweat equity than any other builder in Central Alberta.

What is Sweat Equity?

Sweat equity is work performed by a customer, their relatives, or friends who are qualified to perform such work, examples include painting, cleaning, dry-walling, siding, finishing carpentry etc.. This work provides either some of the down payment or increases the initial equity in our customer’s new home from the beginning of construction.

In short, our sweat equity program provides the opportunity for our customers to receive credit for their work. To receive this credit, work must pass inspection and be done in the time frame allotted.

The HAFSO Sweat Equity program enables new home purchasers to get into their homes more quickly by providing additional means for a down payment that they may not have otherwise been able to save up for.
